Sister Jacqueline A. Combs was born October 19, 1968
to Holloway and Louise Tatum in Jonesboro, LA. She departed this life on
Saturday, March 6, 2021 at Ochsner LSU Health Monroe Medical Center in
Monroe, LA. She was the oldest of two children.
 
Jacqueline was an active member of Mt. Mariah Baptist Church until her
health wouldn’t allow her to attend.
 
She was employed with Burger King Corporation for many years until her
health failed.
 
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents: Laceal and
Artimese Tatum; maternal grandparents: Archie and Alma Jones; seven
uncles: Herman, Curtis, and Thomas Jones; Douglas, Jerry “Zip”, Joshua,
and Willie Tatum.
 
She leaves to cherish her precious memories: her parents: Holloway and
Louise Tatum of Chatham, LA; a brother Gregory Tatum (Shawanna) of
Garland, TX; Roger Curry as a brother of Chatham, LA; Kavrina Campbell
whom she helped to raise as her daughter, and her son Christopher Wyatt
III as her grandson (Lil Fat Man) both of Chatham, LA; seven uncles:
Marvin and Perry Jones both of Monroe, LA, Ernest Jones of West Monroe,
Richard Jones of Los Angeles, CA, Lavel and Lantis Tatum both of Chatham,
and Danny Tatum of Columbia, LA ; six aunts: Mona Faye Jones of
Columbia, La, Alvene Jones of Dallas, TX, Cloteal Thomas, Mary Lou Short,
Videll Conner, and Rose Mary Martin all of Chatham, LA, and a host of
cousins, and friends that she cherished.
